Kinetex Annamma is a neighbourhood retail store operated by KINETEX LLP (LLPIN ACX-3608) in Sangareddy, Telangana. We sell daily-use groceries, household goods, and personal care products through a self-checkout kiosk at the store and a customer mobile app for pre-orders and store-wallet top-ups.

All product prices are set at or below the printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and include GST as applicable. Below is a summary of what we sell and the typical price bands.

Payment methods accepted

Taxes

All prices displayed at the kiosk and in the mobile app are inclusive of GST at applicable rates as per the GST Act, 2017. A GST-compliant invoice is generated digitally for every purchase and is accessible from your mobile app under Orders → Receipt.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment instrument within the timelines published in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. UPI refunds typically settle in 2–5 working days; card refunds in 5–10 working days; store wallet refunds are instant.
