What we do
Kinetex is a full-stack scan-and-go retail platform built specifically for Indian neighbourhood ("kirana") stores, community supermarkets, and modern small-format retailers. We combine four products into one tightly-integrated system:
- Customer mobile app — registration, loyalty points, digital wallet, push notifications, offers.
- In-store self-checkout kiosk — barcode scan, item lookup, UPI/wallet/card payment, instant digital receipt.
- Welcome-display screen — face-recognition based greeting at the entrance (privacy-first, with consent).
- Operator admin dashboard — inventory, sales, refunds, members, shifts, audit log, financial reports.
Our mission
India's organised retail penetration is still under 12%. The remaining 88% is run by small store owners who can't afford the SAP/Oracle stacks that big chains run on. We're building enterprise-grade retail technology — face recognition, computer vision, real-time inventory, payments — at a price the corner store can actually pay.
Compliance & privacy
We operate under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). All biometric data is processed locally on the kiosk; only an irreversible 128-dimensional mathematical fingerprint is stored, encrypted at rest.
